Virginia Reiss
Virginia Reiss Ms. Reiss is a Licensed Educational Psychologist (LEP 652), a Certified Educational Planner, a Credentialed School Administrator, Credentialed School Psychologist, Fellow of The American Psychotherapy Association, and Diplomate of The American Board of Forensic Examiners. Prior to opening her private practice, she served students at the local public schools as well as for the Marin County Office of Education in Marin County, CA. Fundamental to her ability to make educational placement and treatment recommendations is her firsthand knowledge of schools, colleges, and specialized programs coupled with her accredited skill in assessing emotional needs and determining causes of learning difficulties.

In more than thirty years' work, she has helped thousands of parents and their children with all aspects of personal educational planning; individualized learning assessments, school selection and enrollment, crisis intervention, family counseling and court testimony.

Based on Virginia's excellent reputation for producing positive and consistent results with at-risk children and their families, she is a recipient of the Woodbury Reports, Inc. "Excellence in Education Award". Virginia holds a B.A. in Psychology and a M.S. in Clinical Psychology from San Francisco State University. She is the mother of three adult children.

Susan Miltner
Susan Miltner Ms. Miltner is a Certified Educational Planner and holds a masters degree in education from Sonoma State University (thesis on students with emotional disturbance). In addition, she holds a B.A. from U.C. Berkeley, and a B.S. from C.S.U. Fresno. For more than eleven years, she has partnered with Virginia Reiss in helping students and families. She is skilled in advocating for students with learning differences. She advises families on choices of alternative educational and therapeutic schools, as well as young adult transition programs. She is the mother of two adult children.
